To determine the emissions generated during the production of steel poles, the emission factors of the Ecoinvent 3.6 database were adopted.<\/p><p>The calculated carbon footprint covers emissions from raw material extraction to pole production, transportation and disposal. The test results show that approximately 37.7% less CO2 is generated during the production of an anodized aluminum pole than during the production of the equivalent in galvanized steel.<\/p><p>Comparing the carbon footprint with 2020, the average carbon footprint value for 2021 decreased by 6.17% (the average result for a pole with a length of 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 m is approximately 129.82 kg eCO2 in 2021 and 138.36 kg eCO2 in 2020).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e29032c elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"e29032c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"324\" src=\"https:\/\/www.italpole.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Carbon-Footprint-impronta-di-carbonio-nelle-nuove-schede-tecniche_Immagine_Int_2.png\" class=\"attachment-large size-large wp-image-2897\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.italpole.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Carbon-Footprint-impronta-di-carbonio-nelle-nuove-schede-tecniche_Immagine_Int_2.png 907w, https:\/\/www.italpole.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Carbon-Footprint-impronta-di-carbonio-nelle-nuove-schede-tecniche_Immagine_Int_2-300x121.png 300w, https:\/\/www.italpole.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Carbon-Footprint-impronta-di-carbonio-nelle-nuove-schede-tecniche_Immagine_Int_2-768x311.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-474fd25 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"474fd25\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>What contributed to the reduction of the carbon footprint of ROSA branded products?<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>By selecting aluminum tube suppliers with a reduced carbon footprint we have improved our production outcome;<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>We have chosen European suppliers of sheet metal for the base of the aluminium columns, which has significantly shortened the supply chain of this material;<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>We have increased our electricity production compared to 2020.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>The efforts of the ROSA Group to reduce the carbon footprint of production have a measurable effect. Through the actions of the Company, we can provide information that our products are becoming more and more environmentally friendly every year.<\/p><p>The survey was conducted by ROSA Group employees in accordance with the methodology developed by Bureau Veritas Polska for the previous carbon footprint regulation period, in line with the GHG Product Life Cycle Accounting and Reporting Standard
